It's been a fun and fabulous journey, making this song. I'm a big fan of rock music, especially 90s rock. So when we sat down to write a song, we had to go for it! 

The lyrics of the song are messages that will resonate with a lot of people in the world. It's about the struggle with mental health and loving yourself.
